כללי

קליפורניה אדריכלות נוף רואה חשיבות רבה במתן שירות שוויוני לכלל הלקוחות והגולשים, ובכלל זה לאנשים עם מוגבלות. אנו פועלים כדי שהאתר www.california.co.il יהיה נגיש, נוח וידידותי לשימוש עבור כל אדם, מתוך אמונה שלכל אדם מגיעה הזכות ליהנות משירות בשוויון, בכבוד, בנוחות ובעצמאות.

התקן שלפיו הונגש האתר

התאמות הנגישות באתר בוצעו בהתאם לתקנות שוויון זכויות לאנשים עם מוגבלות (התאמות נגישות לשירות), התשע"ג-2013, ולתקן הישראלי ת"י 5568 המבוסס על הנחיות WCAG של ארגון W3C, ברמה AA.

רמת הנגישות באתר

האתר עומד בחלק ניכר מדרישות התקן ברמה AA ונמצא בתאימות חלקית. אנו ממשיכים לבחון ולשפר את נגישות האתר באופן שוטף.

הנגשת האתר ובדיקת הנגישות בוצעו על ידי חברת Simpleidea LLC.

התאמות הנגישות שבוצעו באתר

האתר מותאם לתצוגה במחשב, בטאבלט ובטלפון נייד.
ניתן לנווט באתר באמצעות המקלדת בלבד.
קיים קישור "דלג לתוכן" בראש כל עמוד.
התפריטים מסודרים במבנה אחיד וברור בכל עמודי האתר.
הכותרות בעמודים מסודרות במבנה היררכי.
לתמונות שנושאות מידע נוסף טקסט חלופי.
הקישורים באתר מתארים את יעדם.
שפת האתר מוגדרת כעברית, וכיוון התצוגה מימין לשמאל.
ניגודיות הצבעים בין הטקסט לרקע נבדקה.
ניתן להגדיל את הטקסט באמצעות הדפדפן ללא אובדן תוכן.
האתר תומך בשימוש בתוכנות קורא מסך.

תפריט הנגישות

באתר מותקן תפריט נגישות של חברת enable. לחיצה על כפתור הנגישות פותחת תפריט הכולל, בין היתר, הגדלה והקטנה של גודל הטקסט, שינוי ניגודיות צבעים, הדגשת קישורים וכותרות, והתאמות לניווט במקלדת. לאחר בחירת אפשרות בתפריט יש להמתין לטעינת הדף.

ניווט באמצעות המקלדת

מקש Tab מעביר לקישור או לרכיב הבא בעמוד.
הקשה על Shift+Tab חוזרת לרכיב הקודם.
מקש Enter מפעיל את הקישור או הכפתור שנבחר.

דפדפנים וטכנולוגיות מסייעות

האתר נבדק בדפדפנים Chrome, Firefox, Edge ו-Safari, העדכניים. לחוויית גלישה מיטבית עם תוכנת קורא מסך מומלץ להשתמש ב-NVDA או ב-JAWS במחשב, וב-VoiceOver או TalkBack בטלפון הנייד.

תכנים שאינם נגישים או נגישים חלקית

למרות מאמצינו להנגיש את כלל העמודים באתר, ייתכן שיימצאו חלקים שטרם הונגשו במלואם. להלן הנושאים הידועים לנו:

סרטוני וידאו: בעמוד הבית מוצגים סרטוני וידאו המשמשים לאווירה בלבד ואינם כוללים מידע מהותי שאינו מופיע בטקסט באתר. לכן לא צורפו להם כתוביות או תמלול. הסרטונים מוצגים באמצעות נגן YouTube, שהוא רכיב של צד שלישי ואינו בשליטתנו המלאה.
גלריית העבודות: ייתכן שחלק מהתמונות בגלריה אינן כוללות תיאור מפורט של העבודה המוצגת. ניתן לפנות אלינו לקבלת תיאור מילולי של כל עבודה.
תכני צד שלישי: קישורים לאתרים חיצוניים (כגון Facebook ו-YouTube) מובילים לאתרים שאינם בשליטתנו, ורמת הנגישות בהם באחריות מפעיליהם.

This English statement is provided for convenience, so that users who do not read Hebrew can learn about the accessibility of the website and contact us. California Landscape Architecture considers it highly important to provide equal service to all customers and users, including people with disabilities. We work to make the website www.california.co.il accessible, convenient and user-friendly for everyone, in the belief that every person is entitled to receive service with equality, dignity, comfort and independence.

The accessibility adjustments on the website were made in accordance with the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 2013, and the Israeli Standard IS 5568, which is based on the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), at level AA.

Conformance Status

The website meets a substantial part of the requirements of the standard at level AA and is partially conformant. We continue to review and improve the accessibility of the website on an ongoing basis.

The website is adapted for display on desktop computers, tablets and mobile phones.
The website can be navigated using the keyboard only.
A "Skip to content" link is available at the top of every page.
Menus are arranged in a consistent and clear structure across all pages.
Page headings are arranged in a hierarchical structure.
Images that convey information include alternative text.
Links describe their destination.
The website language is defined as Hebrew, with right-to-left display.
The color contrast between text and background has been checked.
Text can be enlarged using the browser without loss of content.
The website supports the use of screen reader software.

Accessibility Menu

The website includes an accessibility menu by enable. Clicking the accessibility button opens a menu that includes, among other options, increasing and decreasing text size, changing color contrast, highlighting links and headings, and keyboard navigation adjustments. After selecting an option from the menu, please wait for the page to load. Please note that the menu interface is in Hebrew.

Keyboard Navigation

The Tab key moves to the next link or element on the page.
Shift+Tab returns to the previous element.
The Enter key activates the selected link or button.

Browsers and Assistive Technologies

The website was tested on the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Edge and Safari. For the best experience with screen reader software, we recommend using NVDA or JAWS on desktop computers, and VoiceOver or TalkBack on mobile phones.

Known Limitations

Despite our efforts to make all pages of the website accessible, some parts may not yet be fully accessible. The known issues are:

Language: All website content is in Hebrew only. Information in English is available upon request by phone or email.
Videos: The home page displays videos intended for atmosphere only, which do not contain essential information that is not available in the website text. Therefore, no captions or transcripts were added. The videos are displayed using the YouTube player, a third-party component that is not fully under our control.
Project gallery: Some images in the gallery may not include a detailed description of the project shown. You may contact us to receive a verbal description of any project.
Third-party content: Links to external websites (such as Facebook and YouTube) lead to websites that are not under our control, and their accessibility is the responsibility of their operators.

If you encounter content that is not accessible to you, we will be happy to provide the information or service in an alternative way, by phone or email.

Physical Accessibility

The business has no office or premises open to the public. Service is provided by phone, by email, and through consultation meetings at the customer's home. When scheduling a meeting, you may state any need for accommodation, and we will make every effort to provide it.
